Who we are

Brya Services Piano Moving and Hauling is a piano moving referral service serving San Antonio, Texas. We connect people with qualified independent local piano moving contractors. Services are performed by independent local contractors, and contractor availability, pricing, equipment, staffing, insurance coverage, access and stair assessment, and the final scope of work are confirmed directly by that contractor.

Information we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, city, state, ZIP code, piano type, pickup and delivery addresses or ZIP codes, property types, stair information, the service you need, your preferred timing, your comments, and your consent to be contacted.

We do not ask for financial account details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information. Please do not include that information in your request or in any optional photo.

How we use your information

We use your request to review your move and connect you with one or more independent local piano moving contractors who can respond to it. We may contact you by phone, email or text message about your request, based on the consent you provide on the form.

Submitting a request asks for a quote and does not create an obligation to book services.

How we share your information

We share your request details with independent local contractors in our network so they can review the job and follow up with you. We may also share information with service providers who help us operate this website and manage lead delivery.

Once your details are shared with an independent contractor, that contractor's own privacy practices apply to how they use them. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain quote requests for as long as needed to coordinate your request and keep business records. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
