About the job
Confirm what is included and what is not.
- How many people will be on the crew?
- What equipment will be used for my access route?
- Will anything be removed and refitted on the piano?
- How long do you expect the move to take?
About coverage and terms
Ask the contractor directly about their coverage, deposits, cancellation terms and payment methods. These vary by contractor.
About the day itself
Ask about the arrival window, where they plan to park, and what they would like cleared beforehand.
